Solar Power Plant

Helen is increasing the solar production in Helsinki with a third designated solar power plant. The new solar power plant is implemented to the rooftop of Messukeskus, Convention and Expo Centre in Pasila, Helsinki. The business model is Helen’s designated solar panels, i.e. customers can rent a panel from the PV power plant. The implementation of the solar panels is done during 2019 in two phases: 1589 panels in the first phase and approximately 300 more in the second phase. The rated output of the PV power plant will be 600 kWp. In October 2019, already over 1200 panels were reserved by the customers of Helen.
